Making rares buyable in a store will never happen. Simply because you can't call them rares anymore in that case. Don't think a store should be selling bis items, only thing it could ever sell is custom items; eg jester hats, that kinda stuff imo
Replacing real rewards with tokens really can kill the vibe of getting a rare drop and putting rewards in a shop is a lazy way of giving those rewards in my opinion of course.
