Rare item prices?

Hi,

I know it's hard to put a price on rares/cosmetics because it depends how badly the buyer wants it, but what's the average prices for things like Phats, Santa, Masks etc as I can't see these in the price guide?

There are no partyhats in the game, santa hats are cheap, idk which masks you are referring to, but h'ween masks hasn't been introduced either
